NB We are currently recruiting for an intern with some basic accounting experience in our **Administration department to fit **in our dynamic team.

The purpose of the financial intern is to provide financial administrative support in the operations and delivery of the team including the general coordination of qoutations, debtors and creditors recons and also interacting with our customers and suppliers and making travel arrangements for our Technicians. The role includes financial admin management and extend to the schedules for our technicians, making arrangement with our customers to book respective services

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Department Coordination and Administrative Support**
- To assist with the coordination and preparation of quotations, filling documents and meeting turn around deadline
- To compile debtors and creditors recons and must have had some exposure in working with debtors and creditors
- To coordinate travel arrangements in compliance with the travel policy by receiving travel requests, identifying travel special needs, communicating and coordinating the bookings as and when required
- To verify travel invoices checking and resolving queries and submitting for approval and payment.
- To develop and maintain mailing lists by reviewing, verifying and adding new details as required.
- To maintain the divisions calendar by collating information, drafting calendar, scheduling in diaries, amending and updating as required and by deadlines
- To coordinate and schedule Technicians appointments on a daily basis
- To complete all filing by receiving documents, sorting and filing accurately as required daily
- To timeously liase with our suppliers to receive quotations from them to enable us to in turn issue our quotations within required deadlines
- To compile reports by gathering information, collating and submitting in the approved format by deadline
- To complete financial administrative tasks
- To provide administrative support by receiving requests, completing and submitting by deadline
- The said prospect must be able to work on a computer so to generate quotations
- Must have the ability to work with figures accurately
- Must be able to comprehend and take instructions
- Must have good communications skills as the position requires a lot of interactions with suppliers and clients
- Must be able to work independently

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R3,800.00 - R5,000.00 per month
