Dental Practice Office Manager

An exciting position has opened in an up market Dental Practice Situated in Hyde Park.

**DENTAL PRACTICE OFFICE MANAGER**

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

- 10 years experience in the medical field, preferably in a Dental Practice
- Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
- Professionalism is key within this practice
- Proven Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with the Solumed Software System is a **MUST**
- A qualification post Matric would be advantageous
- Bookkeeping knowledge and experience would be highly advantageous
- Social Media Experience would be advantageous but is **not **a must
- Must be able to work in a high paced environment
- Must live close to Hyde park or surrounds.

**Responsibilities**

Some of the key responsibilities (Not Limited)
- Basic Dental Reception (Following up with patients pre and post appointments) for two Dentists.
- Supervising and attending to Payments and Invoicing
- Debt Collection in terms of Patient Accounts
- Month end bookkeeping
- Office Management
- Invoicing & Billing
- Ordering of supplies
- Sourcing Quotations with suppliers as and when required
- Basic Administrative duties in terms of patient files etc.

**The Offer**:

- Basic Salary of R17 500 - R20 500 (Depending on experience and Qualification)
- No other benefits in terms of Medical aid and Pension Fund
- No Guaranteed Bonus, but will be considered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R17,500.00 - R20,000.00 per month
