**Job Title: Owner and Principal Dentist**

**Location**: South Africa (Opportunity available for dentists all over South Africa)

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Starting at _**R50,000 per month + PROFIT SHARE**_

We are currently seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded Owner and Principal Dentist to lead and manage a new practice with full financial support from our firm.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the establishment and management of the dental practice with the full financial backing provided by Dental Audience.

Provide comprehensive dental services to patients in accordance with professional standards.

Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including but not limited to, cavities, gum disease, and oral infections.

Build and lead a dedicated team of dental professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Develop and implement business strategies to ensure the growth and success of the practice.

Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks.

Stay informed about advancements in dentistry and incorporate new technologies and techniques into practice.

Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and exceptional chairside manner.

Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as outlined by relevant regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Medicine and Surgery with a specialization in Dentistry.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Dentist.

Registration with relevant professional bodies and licensing boards.

Strong leadership and business management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Dedication to continuous professional development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
