We are hiring at Body Future Gym - Parow

Are you a friendly, well presented individual with experience as a front desk receptionist who’s able to?
- Provide world class customer service to all members within the clubs and resolve member queries
- Ensure that reception area is always tidy, clean and neat.
- Regulate and monitor all members accessing and exiting the facility, check that members are up to date on their account.
- Process member payments (credit card, cash)
- Issue receipts
- Handle member queries.
- Refer new potential members to sales office.
- Answer the telephone in a friendly efficient manner and transfer to the relevant department
- Membership administration
**- Debt collection experience is a must to be considered for this position.**
**- Fitness club experience advantageous.**

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Salary: R4 500 per month + commission**

- Parow, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
