**About Delta-v**

We accelerate the growth of international B2B FinTech and SaaS companies. We do this by building and managing go-to-market teams that embed into the sales organizations of growing FinTech and SaaS companies. **Delta-v Go-to-Market Academy**

If you are an entrepreneurial, highly ambitious, and aspiring sales individual this Academy is an opportunity to ignite your tech sales career. When you join Delta-v, you'll go through our Go-to-Market Academy training program that is designed to develop high-potential people into sales professionals and industry leaders. Once you have successfully gone through the program, you will then be assigned to one of our exceptional FinTech or SaaS customers. You'll be responsible for executing their outbound strategy, where you'll be focussed on reaching out to and engaging C-level executives and some of the world's largest enterprise companies. You'll also have a clear progression path for moving into a leadership role within 2 years.

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Developing a deep understanding of the FinTech & SaaS space in different markets across EMEA
- Prospecting potential customers that match Delta-v's ICP
- Research to identify and understand the right people to reach out to
- Joining meetings and demos with prospects
- Contributing to the tactics and strategy of the Go-to-Market campaigns you're involved in

**Requirements**:
You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

- University degree
- 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role (ideally something sales-related) following your studies
- Strong demonstrable interest in sales, Saas & FinTech, and Startups
- High levels of energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate
- South African Citizen
