Job Title: Pharma Sales Representative

Job Summary:
My Client is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Pharma Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development in the pharmaceutical sales industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and meetings to stay informed about developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Pharma Sales Representive in the Pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of sales and meeting / exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
