Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning aan navorsingsgroepe in die Afdeling ten opsige van die aankoop van goedere en dienste;- Verskaf ondersteuning met die effektiewe administrasie en nakoming van aankoop beleide, prosesse en prosedures;- Administreer die US se finansiële stelsel vir bestellings, aflewerings, fakture, betalings, joernale, ad hoc
- en internasionale transaksies;- Volg die status van rekwisisies, kontrakte en bestellings;- Hulpverlening met die verspreiding van bestellings aan navorsingspanne en laboratoria;- Tree op as kontakpersoon vir navrae (intern en ekstern) ten opsigte van bestellings en betalings;- Rekordhouding en ondersteuning vir ouditering van finansies;- Doen verslag oor aankope en afwykings van betrokke beleide en prosedures.Providing administrative duties and support to the Division of Molecular Biology and Human Genetics, including assisting with sourcing and procurementprocesses and procedures:
Providing administrative support to the divisional teams for the procurement of goods and services;-
- Assisting with the effective administration and compliance by staff on procurement policies, processes and procedures;-
- Administering SU's financial system for orders, deliveries, invoices, payments, journals, ad hoc payments and international transactions;-
- Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders;-
- Assisting with the distribution of orders to research teams and laboratories;-
- Acting as the contact person for enquiries (internal and external) about orders and payments;-
- Recordkeeping and supporting auditing of financials;-
- Reporting on procurement and non-adherence to procurement policies, processes and procedures.Job Requirements/Pos VereistesToepaslike naskoolse kwalifikasie met minstens twee jaar se finansiële en administratiewe ervaring;- Gevorderde rekenaarvaardighede (Word, Excel, Outlook);- Akkuraatheid en 'n oog vir detail;- Uitstekende interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede;- Goeie organisatoriese vaardighede;- Die vermoë om effektief te prioritiseer en onder druk te werk;- Die vermoë om onafhanklik met mínimale toesighouding te werk.Appropriate post-school qualification with at least two years of relevant financial and administrative experience;-
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);-
- Accuracy and attention to detail;-
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;-
- Good organisational skills;-
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure;-
