**Responsibilities**:
Manage tenant relationships: This includes ensuring timely communication with tenants, responding to tenant inquiries or complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Lease management: Draft and execute lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. They also manage lease documentation and oversee the collection of rent and other fees.

Maintenance and repairs: Conduct property inspections, schedule routine maintenance, and coordinate repairs as needed.

Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, handle financial reporting and invoicing, and maintain accurate records of expenses and income.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes, and work with government agencies and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Marketing and advertising: Promote vacancies, attract new tenants, and develop marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
