Receptionist/administrative Assistant

- Welcoming visitors at our Head office in Pretoria.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Conference room bookings, meeting preparations and arranging refreshments.
- Running ad-hoc office errands.
- Administrative assistance to the Property Department.
- Office canteen and stationery management and procurement.
- Office inspections and fault reporting.
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pastel knowledge will be an advantage.
- Code 8 driver’s license and driving experience.
- Very good verbal communication and administrative skills.
- Always maintain a professional image.
- Sound knowledge of the branches and BFS.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Must be willing to work every 2nd Saturday, on busy days and public holidays when BFS branches are open.
- Must be passionate about his/her work and customer service.
- Excellent people skills with a great attitude.
- Motivated, Trustworthy, Reliable, Hard Working, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
