My client is a renowned brand committed to excellence, seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Assistant to support our the Operations Manager across multiple restaurant locations.

**Position: Operations Assistant**

**Location**: Various locations, not office-bound

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Area Managers, General Managers, and Head Chefs to ensure smooth operations across multiple restaurant venues.
- Maintain a keen focus on service delivery and guest satisfaction, upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Utilize your extensive experience in restaurant management and luxury brand standards to drive operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate with on-site teams to address operational challenges, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across different locations, providing support where needed to optimize operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in procurement processes, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and management, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in General Management within the restaurant industry, preferably within luxury dining establishments.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Own transport is essential for mobility between various locations.
- A passion for excellence and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as needed to support operational requirements.
