As a part of our hybrid office setup, you'll have the opportunity to work from home or our office, and you'll have the flexibility to choose your hours.Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients over phone or live chat.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and keep accurate records.
- Proactively identify and report customer trends and issues to management.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literate with your own computer and internet connection.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours as part of a hybrid office setup.
