About Enterprise Capabilities

Fundamental to our _Think and Act Globally_ strategy and digital adoption, Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare. **Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
+ Makes recommendations on work methods and procedures and technical innovations by devising practical and economical solutions to problems in own discipline.

+ Makes recommendations on research requests, objectives, priorities, and timing.

+ Assess need for change and recommends development of standards.

+ Assess work against standards, objectives and specifications.

+ Utilizes advanced scientific principles, theories, practices and existing technologies when working on unusually complex technical problems.

+ Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.

+ Develops solutions which are highly innovative. Assignments are often self-initiated.

+ Acts as advisor to management and clients. Oversees the work of less experienced scientists.

+ Posses multi-disciplinary knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Analytical and numerical groundwater flow and solute transport modeling background.

+ Groundwater modeling using MODFLOW, MODFLOW-USG, FEFLOW, PEST, MT3D, RT3D, and MODPATH (SEAWAT and FEFLOW desired but not necessary), LNAPL modeling;
+ Decision tree development and preparation of feasibility studies and remedial action plans.
