**Qualifications**:

- National Diploma in Management or Hospitality
- Certification in Office Management or related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office suite software
- Valid driver's license required

- Experience in facilities or operations management beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through formal training
- Certification in Customer Service or related area (preferred)
