Reporting to the Customer Support Specialist: On-line Sports Betting, this position is responsible for providing telephonic support services to players.
**Job Description**:
1. To ensure that the Peermont Way and its Values are lived at all times.
2. The position ensures that all Front Office operations in the hotel meet the brand
standards.
3. Target customer needs by continuously improving on the Guest Experience through
being innovative and staying up to date with global trends.
4. Manage and improve on Front Office processes and standards.
5. Ensure our People’s satisfaction by empowering them.
6. Improve on Service Delivery, Satisfied guests and return business.
7. Leading and inspiring your team by positive engagement and on job mentoring and
training
**Qualifications**:
1. Matric / Grade 12.
2. Must have previous experience in the Hotel Industry.
3. Must be fluent in English (Read, written and spoken).
4. Experience in Opera would be an added advantage.
5. Hotel School Diploma or equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
6. Financial experience would be an added advantage.
7. Must have 2 years Front Office Supervisory or similar experience.
