Procurement Coordinator

Job Description:
- Budget and Expenditure reporting and tracking
- Maintaining and distributing order tracking reports
- Supplier relations, sourcing, negotiating, and evaluating. Negotiating new supply agreements and renegotiating existing supply agreements
- Obtain pricing daily for quoting Ops and maintaining Quote Programs for Ops quotations to retailers
- Processing orders for support as well as for retailers scheduled installations
- Consolidating regional SOH levels for support orders
- Ensuring Supporting documentation received and forwarded to accounts for invoicing
- Implementations daily reports - Tracking quotes, orders and dispatch, install and live dates as well as tracking billing
- Daily follow ups with Suppliers, Regions and Prep Centres on ETA’s, dispatches, Installation dates and live dates
- Monthly Group Report
- Ensuring all capturing of Invoices and Credits raised within month are actioned
- Monthly Costings
- Directing the procurement of goods and services for the organization
- Developing and/or updating procurement policies and procedures
- Developing a centralized procurement program that will add value and efficiency to the organization
- Coordinating procurement throughout the organization
- Monitoring internal procurement systems
- Supporting procurement projects across all organization divisions
- Developing and executing purchasing strategies
- Tracking metrics to reduce expenses
Skills and Qualifications Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel skills would be beneficial
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Able to work in a team and get along with different personality types
- Friendly and helpful demeanour telephonically and personally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good leadership and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy very important
- Working knowledge of supply-chain, procurement, and co-ordination
- Talent in problem solving and networking
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Ability to analyse data.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, manage time efficiently and work independently and well under pressure
**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
