- **Requirements of the role**:_
- Ensure revenue optimization
- Assessing and reporting on revenue streams
- Taking full accountability for direct debits and the direct debits department
- Routine system maintenance between debi-check and net cash processes
- Tracking and generating of member/customer activity, including cancellations
- Ensure that existing processes are improved upon and tested
- Obtain information from business partners regarding pricing and revenue requirements
- Contribute to continuous innovation by developing, sharing, and implementing new ideas
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with various Head's of Department
- Positively influence and document financial flows, accounting, and visualization thereof
- Interpret revenue data, analyze results, and provide recommendations for the recording of finances
- Identify solutions to improve cost-effectiveness and increase operational efficiency
- Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to all stakeholders
- Provide input into risk identification processes and communicate recommendations
- Actively track performance on new product launches, activations and promotions, also conducting post evaluations to be shared with the commercial organization
- **Minimum skills/competencies required**:_

1. Extensive administrative experience and advanced proficiency in numeracy

2. Financial acumen

3. 3 years of experience in a same or similar role

4. Matric/Grade 12

5. A relevant qualification

6. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

7. Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

8. Knowledge and experience in dealing with direct debits
