- An experienced user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings who can model and produce drawings with limited supervision
- Checks and coordinates project BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan
- Checks the completeness & accuracy of your work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
- Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase
- Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, undertakes appropriate research, and develops documentation to support these solutions
- Assist with the management and coordination of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.
- Manages projects in BIM360
- Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlines
- Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity

**Qualifications**
- BIM Qualification / Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling
- Develops BIM content based on BIM modelling standards and as outlined in BEP
- Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes, and general approaches
- Knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD
- Technical knowledge of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modelling
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Good technical knowledge of practice line discipline
- Understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines
- Computational skills - Dynamo / Grasshopper / Python
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment
- Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities
