A payment solutions provider is looking for a Risk Administrator in Johannesburg.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Send notices of incidents to Deployments so that arrangements can be made for the swap-out of attacked and damaged devices.
- Notify the relevant Account Managers so that they are aware of incidents.
- Notify Settlements of any incidents so that Bags can be settled.
- Notify Reconciliations of pending cases so that they are aware of possible Bag losses or shortages.
- Notify Technical Support if technicians need to inspect attacked devices.
- Receive Incident Reports and Risk Assessment Reports from the Risk Investigator and Risk Manager for filing.
- Keep and update the filing system for all Incident Reports and Risk Assessment Reports.
- Update the CIT Shortages Report.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned and directed by the Risk Manager from time to time.
- Keep the SAP database updated with all changes to clients’ CIT-related information relevant to CIT service providers, routes, collection schedules, and codes.
- Assist the Operations Risk Manager with the analysis of Value at Risk (VAR) on CIT routes.
- Monitor and identify routes that exceed the VAR threshold daily, and report on this to the Risk Manager.
- Be available for weekend CIT Support duties on a rotational basis.
- Compile a monthly Production Report of all functions performed for the Operations Risk Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Administration qualification would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of the operational requirements of and procedures in an operations department
- Good report-writing skills
- Data analysis
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Previous experience or exposure to SAP would be an advantage.

**Salary**: R23,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
