Represent the company at CCMA
- Liaise with external attorneys in IR matters
- Provide IR assistance on disciplinary and grievance proceedings countrywide
- Compile IR related reports
- Keep proper statistics on IR matters
- Ensure compliance IR policies and procedures and provide advice to business
- Liaise with Shop Stewards relating to union matters, set up and participate in strike management committee and implementation of strike contingency plans
- Investigate allegations of misconduct, take statements and gather evidence
- Attend to suspensions, draft charge sheets, ensure proper minute taking and that all procedural aspects during a disciplinary hearing are adhered to and advise and guide the Chairperson on the correct outcome
- Communicate to Payroll any pertinent issues such as abscontions, suspensions and terminations
- Drive and manage retrenchment, incapacity and performance management processes from start to finish
- Draft and amend any agreement which includes settlement agreements, separation agreements and retrenchment agreements
- Assist in relevant operations/operational functions as required
- Maintain professional conduct

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with related qualification
- Must have minimum 2-3 years in an IR Manager role as well as experience in white and blue collar environments
- Working within a manufacturing environment
- Must have own transport
- Must have large company experience.
- Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated and self-driven.
- Must have experience with Bargaining Counsels and Unions

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westmead, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IR Management: 2 years (required)
