Site Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a primary contact for customers, the Fuel Station Manager provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Trains, supervises, schedules, and assigns duties to Fuel Station Clerks.

Follows division guidelines for the implementation of merchandising programs.

Operates computerized cash register, itemizes and totals customers purchases in the fuel station

Receives cash, check or charge payment from customer and makes change for transactions and redeems promotional coupons.

Responsible for maintaining appropriate stock and inventory in

the Fuel Station area.

Responsible for overall management of the Fuel Station.

Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.

Ability to interact with customers and co-workers.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Ability to train and supervise employees.

**Qualifications and Experience required**
- Grade 12
- 5 years or more in a similar role in the Fuel industry will be advantageous.
- Diploma in Retail management or equivalent

Must live in the Westmead area or close proximity of the site.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westmead, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
