New Business Development

This role is a sales focused role with a focus on firstly new business development but equally important customer value optimization. The role is for anyone in sales looking to truly build a career in the marketing or business industry, it is important to note that the opportunity is great, this does not translate to the role is equally, what it truly means is the role is extremely demanding.
**An official expectation on the role**:
- Generate new business on a consistent basis for the company
- Manage and ensure current clients have all questions, needs and curiosities tended to.
- Monitor and optimize potential revenue options for clients on behalf of the company
- Attend sales meetings, trainings and be readily available during working hours to assist in any other aspects as requested by the company.
- Engage in all necessary internal operations, meetings, trainings and hearings in order to ensure smooth operation of the company as a whole.
- Must have own vehicle/transport and driving license
E4D4 is looking to expand our products division of the company. Coming from assisting larger niche organizations and a handful of smaller enterprises, the company is looking to expand to a wholesale sense. This new campaign is a blend of a quick and easy, purchase style marketing while maintaining the highly valuable large-scale strategy niche which it previously operated in.
The role is a full-time role and will be for those looking for a hard, yet short path to potential sales management. It will require a heavy focus on reaching out to potential clients using a variety of methods, while also investing in sales knowledge and training in early stages. Expect a rush of learning in the beginning in order to be effective when representing the professionalism of the organization, this is vital to upholding the information and research back-bone of the company.
If you are considering applying, please be advised that we recommend a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales environment. Preferential experience will go to those with references and/or a proven track record working under high KPI's.
We are looking to establish our Cape Town and Johannesburg teams currently. We are looking to create 2 remote teams in each location to explore and attract business from the respective regions. The role is a remote role, there will be no requirement to check-in physically although it may require that you travel to potential clients or be required to travel at request.
