**Job Advert Summary**:
The HC Administration and Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the group HR Admin processes as part of the Head Office Shared Services Department. This will entail monitoring, and coordinating HR Administration and Employee Benefits activities across 10 African countries. This includes verifying and managing employee records, benefits administration and related risk mitigation and compliance with labour laws in each country pertaining to HR Admin and Employee Benefits Processes. The HR Administration and Benefits Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies and procedures for administration that are consistent across the countries.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management with prior experience managing Retirement and Medical Fund in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the African countries are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating HR activities across multiple countries is preferred.
- Fluency in Portuguese language is an added advantage as the company has operations in Mozambique
- Track record of innovative solutions implemented

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Group Retirement Funds Administration (Provident Fund, Disability, Life Insurance)
- Oversee Group Health Care Funds Administration
- Oversee Group Reward Programmes (Long Service etc)
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that are consistent across the countries in terms of this portfolio.
- Work closely with operational HR management to ensure seamless processes across the 10 countries
- Be innovative in finding new solutions to improve HR Admin processes and employee benefits administration - design and implementation of technology
- Implement relevant metrics and analytics for this portfolio
- Integral role for Group Administration and Employee Benefits Strategy Formulation and implementation
- Manage a team of administrators
