- proven track record as a successful head chef / executive chef, or similar role in a high
- end hotel or renowned fine dining establishment
- culinary degree or equivalent qualifications in food preparation and management
- demonstrated ability to create innovative and visually stunning dishes while maintaining a focus on taste and quality
- extensive knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and food trends
- exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Remuneration:
R35 000 pm (based on experience)
On completion of probationary period a 50% co
- ayment for momentum medical aid is available as well as a provident fund contribution.
This will be a live
- out position.

**Responsibilities**:
The head chef will be responsible for the culinary leadership and menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, staff management and development, budget management & cost control, guest experience and collaboration, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation.
