WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
Provide an end-to-end service and support for the flexible resource needs of all hiring managers.
Advising functional leaders on topics relating to sourcing of TES contractors.
Ensure all compliance related documents for recruitment are completed and recorded.
Assignments & Confidentiality agreements are in place for all flexible resources.
Verify the correctness of all offers made.
Support with all related administration.
Appointment of all new starters on HRP.
Communicate and manage the tracking of all transfers in line with payroll closure.
Conduct the offboarding for FG-Other and Non-IT departments and filing of termination
checklists.
Support with all purchase orders related to contractor steering.
Rectifying TES contractor time errors.
Any other tasks relevant to contractor steering
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
- HR Diploma and or relevant experience.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:
- HR Diploma and or relevant experience.
- SAP HR.
- MS Office.
- Relevant HR/Resource management background beneficial.
- Knowledge and adherence to data privacy requirements (advantageous).
- Strong ability to prioritize and have a deadline-driven attitude.
- Recruitment experience.
- Attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- SAP Time management.

- Strong Administrative skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to take initiative proactively to improve own and teamwork practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally
and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and submit deliverables on
time.
- Aboveboard work ethics - this is of utmost importance.
