Returns Clerk

**Purpose of the Job**:
This position is responsible for logging claims and facilitating the returns process to the various suppliers. The person responsible in this position will have to do the necessary follow ups and ensure that the whole returns process is completed.
**Job Objectives**:
- Responsible for resolving customer related queries
- Assist in stock movement from Quarantine area back to the warehouse
- Process stock adjustment
- Process credit notes
- Liaise with telesales department regarding customer queries
- Assist in logging claims to supplier when needed
- Assist with supplier upliftments
- Perform stock investigations relating to customer return queries
- Assist with other duties and departments in accordance with operational requirements
**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Grade 12 qualification
**Experience**:
**Essential**
- 1+ year experience in a similar role in a warehouse environment
- 1+ relevant admin work experience
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills
- fluent in English and at least one other official language
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
