Shipping/ Procurement Administrator

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Assisting the Procurement & Shipping Coordinator with all Procurement processing, documentation, and administration
Creating Item Codes
Capturing Purchase Orders and Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers
Following up with Suppliers that production and deliveries are on time
Notify the warehouse of incoming stock and actions to be taken
Sourcing Raw Materials, Negotiating Prices and Delivery Dates with Suppliers
Creating Item Codes and Kit Specifications
Capturing Purchase Orders and Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers
Following up with Suppliers that production and deliveries are on time
Notify the warehouse of incoming stock and actions to be taken
Liaise with CMT and/or Production Manager CMT (incl. shipping & dispatch) to ensure on-time delivery
Goods Receipting and Assemblies of CMT Orders
Coordination and Administration of Procurement Function of Uniform Programs
Brief Receiving on QC of New Garments
Ensuring Control Samples are available
Tracking of Raw Materials and Production
Capturing Information such as Purchase Orders, Receipts, Deliveries, and Invoices information to Spreadsheets as needed in order to track Order Status and Stock Levels
Capturing all information to Acumatica
Matric
3-4 years of experience in a CMT or têxtile environment(non-negotiable)
Must have experience with SAP/Pastel/Acumatica/JDE/Navision
ERP expertise (Acumatica, Pastel, Accpac, SAP, JDE, Navision, etc.)
Must have the ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
Must have the basic financial acumen and the ability to collect, analyze and interpret financial data
