**Introduction**

Our Client, based in Kempton Park, is looking for a Training and Development Coordinator to join their team. The Successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the training portfolio and will entail booking training, managing on-boarding training and push branches to undergo internal training.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Facilitation of training programme and skills development programme's based on Personal Development Plans.
Ensure the smooth training, evaluations and assessment of employees. Draft manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
Manage on going learnerships and apprenticeships/internships. Assisting managers with Competence Matrix and identification of skills gaps. Implementation of skills plan to address skills gaps. Monitor staffs' performance by liaising with relevant managers and department heads. Coordinate/arrange external training if needed. Ensuring adherence to legislation Comply with Quality audit standards. Conduct Skills Audits HR/Training reporting WSP/ATR Submission/Discretionary Grant Applications.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential) A minimum of 3 years’ experience in training and development (essential) managing the portfolio Experience within the Logistics sector will be advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs. Happy to travel extensively on a national basis. Valid drivers license and own vehicle
