Responsibilities will include:

- Creating and Testing Audiences and Ads
- Create a content planner for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp (this would also include posts, reels, stories, competitions, etc.)
- Create engaging artwork and content for our social media platforms
- Write creative and engaging copyright
- Manage social media ad campaigns and budgets
- Develop and manage engaging competitions and campaigns
- Communicate and Manage Google Ads Company
- Increase brand awareness and increase engagement
- Develop an ad campaign strategy and set goals to generate quality leads
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies

- Monitor and report performance on platforms
- Research the current trends, what our competition is doing, what other companies in the industry is doing.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of work experience as a social media manager
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Experience in Paid ads for Facebook and Instagram, Meta Business Management
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
- Creating a Campaign strategy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media advertising
- Proficiency in Canva and Present Day AI Tools is a plus
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Own transportation

Salary is R10 000 - R15 000 depending on experience. There is also performance bonuses. Income Tax & UIF will be deducted where applicable. Office Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.

- Please pitch a unique social media campaign concept for our brand that you believe would help us increase audience engagement and stand out from our competitors. Explain the rationale behind your idea, the target audience, and the key performance metrics you would use to evaluate its success.
