A dynamic law firm based in Pretoria East needs an Assistant Practice Manager. The role has been created to be assist the Practice Manager in a very busy and pressurised environment. Emotional maturity is key to this role, ability to think on your feet and progressive thinking is essential.

**Minimum requirements**
- Matric Certificate
- Qualification in Logistics / Operations and / or Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in a Coordinator role / position.
- Excellent Microsoft skills, O365 i.e., MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel and etc.
- Clear ITC and Criminal Record

**Required experience**
- Proven previous experience in assisting practice management and related tasks.
- Strong planning skills and organised
- Scheduling of meetings
- Recording of meeting minutes
- Excellent office administration and document control
- Managing and maintenance of document folders
- Proven previous experience in reviewing and developing SOPs to improve efficiency.
- Proven experience in liaising / communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven previous experiencing in the escalation of issues to department heads
