**Requirements**:

- Clear Credit and Criminal Record
- Minimum 6 years experience in managing a claims team
- 10 to 15 Years Experience in Short-term insurance Personal and Commercial Lines Claims
- Motor and Non Motor Claims experience
- Relevant FAIS Credits, RE5, CPD etc. - Must be Fit and Proper i.e. FAIS Legislation
