**Full job description**

**Job Title**:Client Liaison

**Industry**: Manufacturing

**Location**: Kyalami, Midrand

**Responsibilities**:
This position serves as the main point of information, organizing of customer orders and information for updates to the sales team and external customers.
- Provide timeous updates to sales team and customers on orders placed.
- Monitor and assist with management of cutting, sewing and job completion updates to ensure planned schedule is adhered to and report any deviations to management.
- Manage local driver delivery schedule and fitment bookings both on and off site.
- Record keeping of customer communication using HubSpot for all customer updates.
- Update status of jobs and planned invoicing as required on relevant spreadsheets.
- Invoicing of completed orders on Pastel. Ensuring any completed jobs scheduled for fitment are ready and packed for the following business day.
- Stand in for reception if required.

**Skills and competencies required**:

- Bilingual advantages (Afrikaans and English)
- Computer Literate (Excel, Microsoft Outlook required. Previous Pastel and HubSpot/CRM package experience advantageous)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork ethic.
- Can do attitude.
- Customer service focused.
- Ability to work unsupervised and to target.

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
