**Employer Description - **Luxury sports resort, located in Central Drakensberg, Kwa Zulu Natal

**Be part of a team of 6 Duty Managers, 5 Team leaders and staff compliment of 130**
- Be able to run F&B Operations and other departments during the night shifts.
- Check on Reception ,Cleaning Crews, Set up Crews, Laundry, and Security during the night
- Knowledge of Kitchen Operations, Function Setups, Bar Setups etc
- Management and Control of OE
- Restaurant, Banqueting and Bar Management from 21h00 until close - including staff on duty

**Qualifications**
- Matric
- Diploma in Hospitality Management

**Skills**

5 to 10 years’ experience in similar position, Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA, Be able to Plan, Lead, Organise and Control, Computer literate (Opera/Micros) and competent administration skills.
