**_Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking to employ an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at their organization_**

**_Location: Central Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal_**

**_Requirements:_**
- _ Matric_
- _ Food and Beverage Management Diploma/Certificate_
- _ 5 years of experience in a similar position_
- _ Opera/Micros experience_
- _ Must have knowledge of Kitchen Operations and be able to work with the Executive Chef._
- _ Must have knowledge of wines and beverages (able to plan specials seasonally through the year)_
- _ Must have knowledge of menus (design/implementation) and costing_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Be part of a team of 6 Duty Managers, 5 Team leaders, and a staff complement of 130._
- _ Stock Control (Food and Beverage)_
- _ Management and Control of OE/Capex_
- _ Supplier recons_
- _ Cost of Sales Food and Beverage_
- _ Restaurant and Bar Management_
- _ Banqueting and Functions - minimum 200 Pax_
- _ Guest Relations_
- _ Control revenue and budgets_
- _ Continuous staff training_
- _ Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA_
- _ Labour Relations and HR_
