**_Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced Night Manager at their organization_**
**_Location:_**_ Central Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal_
**_Requirements:_**
- _ Matric_
- _ Food and Beverage Management Diploma/Certificate_
- _ 5-10 years of experience in a similar position_
- _ Opera/Micros experience_
- _ Must have knowledge of Kitchen Operations, Function Setups, Bar Setups, etc_
**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Be part of a team of 6 Duty Managers, 5 Team leaders, and a staff complement of 130._
- _ Run F&B Operations and other departments during the night shifts._
- _ Check on Reception, Cleaning Crews, Set up Crews, Laundry, and Security during the night._
- _ Management and Control of OE_
- _ Restaurant, Banqueting, and Bar Management from 21h00 until close - including staff on duty._
- _ Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA._
- _ Plan, Lead, Organise, and Control._
