To support the payroll function with capturing, filing, maintenance of systems and allocated payroll preparation and processing.

**Responsibilities**: -Preparation and processing of monthly payroll on Sage 300 -Capture and process all new appointments, employee information changes and terminations accurately and timeously -Ensure all employees have electronic payroll files -Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times -Administer and maintain the Sage 300, ESS and Time and Attendance systems -Coordinate the time and attendance and leave control for the allocated companies -Audit system to ensure information is tracking correctly -Assist the payroll supervisor with Ad hoc projects and activities.
- Grade 12 or equivalent with a Sage 300 People administration certificate -2 years’ experience in payroll administration -1 Year of Time and Attendance experience -At least 1 Year experience on Sage 300 People Payroll system is desirable -Knowledge of statutory payroll deductions, BCEA and Employee Tax Law -The ability to deliver faultless work -Excellent attention to detail -Deadline driven -Good communication skills.

**Please note**: This position is based in Kuils River with 2 days per week on-site in Atlantis. Valid drivers' licence & own car are required.
