**Overall responsibility**:
We are looking for a razor-sharp marketing analyst to review and interpret market trends, customer experience, competitors’ activities, and marketing standardization for our company. In this role, you will be required to gather data, write detailed reports on findings, identify new markets, and advise management on marketing tactics.

With support from CFO lead and drive Group BI Strategy. The Junior Market Analyst will be responsible to sign and scope sales reporting needs, translate data to useful insights for the sales team to quickly interpret and make decisions. The Junior Market Analyst will be responsible for Qlik maintenance and Qlik integrity. The role will be our in-house coder. They will be hands-on with translating distributor data into useful sales insights. This individual will be reporting to the trade marketing business analyst.

Main job duties:

- Conducting research on consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competing brands.
- Designing and implementing market and consumer surveys.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data.
- Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales.
- Monitoring customer bases and identifying new ones.
- Forecasting future market, consumer, and sales trends.
- Working with the Trade Marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies.
- Communicating with customers, competitors, and suppliers and sales teams.
- Monitoring the efficacy of marketing trends through analytical tools and software.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, market trends, consumer behavior and Predictive analytics (AI).
- Code and write new reports for the Key accounts team that easily integrates Net revenue impact of planned campaigns.

**1. ERP System Management**
- Provide support of the Acumatica environment.

**2. IT Services**
- Responsible for Sales force HHT.
- Manage HHT administration.
- Analyse business needs presented by the user community and recommend technical solutions
- Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and outsourced partners in the areas of systems design, modifications, or on the sales force HHT.

**3. Masterdata**
- Directly responsible for customer master data management.
- Custodian of well
- managed and accurate Master Data that supports integrated information solutions.
- Establish automated workflow processes to manage and maintain master data.
- Central Repository of Master Data maintained in Acumatica and other integrated BI reporting tools.
- Investigate potential bespoke solutions and be at the forefront of all new sales and trade marketing technology.

**4. BI Strategy (Supported by CFO)**
- To facilitate decision
- making by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information to all functions and at all levels of the business.
- To own the data ensuring that it meets both current and future information requirements.
- To promote standardised, efficient and well
- governed processes that will generate one version of the truth.
- To support business capability development by providing integrated information solutions.
- Deliver and executive management report framework merging Financial, Operational data and KPIs and sales data.

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, marketing, or a similar field.
- 2+ years’ experience working in marketing.
- A good grasp of systems and analytics.
- Additional related short courses are beneficial.
- Good knowledge of analytical software, such as SAS, SPSS, C sharp, R, Python, SQL and Google Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency with computer programs, such as MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent research, mathematical, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with survey tools, CRM programs, and databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
