Duties/Pligte- Assisting with collating programme information required to place in recruitment material;-
- Assisting with updating programme information and data on system and other platforms;- Providing admissions information to relevant stakeholders;- Assisting with updating information relating to selection criteria;-
- Processing selection decisions;- Generating and issuing admissions letters to applicants;- Assisting with updating the registration information and programme data with approved information;- Preparing, storing and updating programme and module brochures;- Providing feedback about the registration process and related issues;- Assisting with registration and other duties as required during registration;-
- Uploading the Senate resolutions as identified;- Uploading marks as required;- Capturing mark changes;- Checking student records for correctness after registration (progression checks);- Checking academic records - evaluating whether students meet all the requirements of the relevant degree;- Identifying cum laude cases;-
- Prepare postgraduate theses examination documentation and submitting it to external examiners;- Paying moderators and postgraduate external examiners;- Assisting with the preparation of the graduation list and presentation cards;- Providing graduation service during graduation ceremonies;- Assisting with updating the Faculty calendars and other official institutional documents, as well as the website;-
- Liaising with the divisions and academic departments within the SU as operationally required;
- Undertaking special projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by line managers.Voorbereiding van programinligting wat benodig word om in werwingsmateriaal te plaas;-

- Genereer en reik toelatingsbriewe aan aansoekers uit;-
- Hulpverlening met die opdatering van registrasie-inligting en programdata met goedgekeurde inligting;-
- Hulpverlening met die voorbereiding, bewaring en opdatering van program
- en module-brosjures;-
- Gee terugvoering oor die registrasieproses en verwante kwessies;-
- Hulpverlening met registrasie en ander pligte soos vereis tydens registrasie;-
- Verwerk modulekredietoordrag
- en -vrystellingsaansoeke;-
- Laai die Senaatsbesluite soos geïdentifiseer;-
- Laai van assesseringspunte soos benodig;-
- Vaslegging van puntwysigings;-
- Gaan studente se rekords na vir korrektheid na registrasie (voortsettings-evaluerings);-
- Kontrole van akademiese rekords - evalueer of studente aan al die vereistes van die betrokke graad voldoen;-
- Identifisering van cum laude-gevalle;-
- Voorbereiding van hertoelatingsaansoekdokumente vir voorlegging aan die Hertoelatingskomitee en hantering van korrespondensie ná vergaderings;-
- Stel nagraadse tesisdokumente op en lê dit aan eksterne eksaminatore voor;-
- Betaling van moderators en nagraadse eksterne eksaminatore;-
- Hulpverlening met die voorbereiding van die graduleringslys en aanbiedingskaarte;-
- Dienslewering tydens gradeplegtighede;-
- Hulpverlening met die opdatering van fakulteitskalenders en ander amptelike institusionele dokumente, asook die webwerf;-
- Hantering van instap-, e-pos
- en telefoniese navrae, asook navrae via ander platforms soos operasioneel vereis;-
- Skakel met die afdelings en akademiese departemente binne die US soos operasioneel vereis;- Onderneem spesiale projekte en ad hoc-pligte soos deur lynbestuurders toegeken.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes- A relevant Bachelor's degree;- Three years' work experience in high-level administration, preferably in a higher education institution or a position requiring similar skills;-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in at least in English;- Customer service orientation with a high level of diplomacy, emotional intelligence and personal integrity;- Excellent organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills;- The ability to function accurately and effectively under pressure;- Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking ability;- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy;- The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality- The ability to work independently.'n Toepaslike B-graad;-
