**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 with English and Afrikaans
- Call Centre Certificate advantageous
- Good attendance and Reliability

**BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years call centre/ customer service experience.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:

- Communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
- Customer services orientation.
- Telephonic etiquette.
- Multi-tasking skill
- Problem Solving Skills
- Stress tolerance
- Knowledge of at least 2 different languages.
- Computer literate

**CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES**:

- Handle telephone queries.
- Record all calls received.
- Attend to all claims queries received for the Funds.
- Utilising the documents system correctly (Oculus).
- Basic understanding of MIBFA funds
- Posting and faxing requested documents.
- Forward queries to departments and give feedback to members.
- Assisting companies with electronic submission of contributions

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R180,000.00 - R230,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Call Centre: 3 years (preferred)
