**POSITION**: Despatch and Logistics Clerk**

**LOCATION : Aggregates
- Mooiplaas**

**REPORTS TO**: Works Manager**

**NUMBER OF POSITIONS**: 1**

**DATE OF VACANCY**: Immediate**
- To manage the dispatches at Mooiplaas quarries as part of the sales & marketing team

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Minimum 3 years, Despatch and Transport Management experience in the Aggregates, CPM or RMC businesses

**SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the processing of sales transactions accurately and timeously
- Manage quality non-conformances
- Manage environmental non-conformances
- Manage Health and Safety standards
- Manage housekeeping standards
- Manage compliance with legal requirements for transporting aggregates
- Manage despatch sales documents
- Ensure efficient deliveries of materials in liaison with internal sales
- Planning and scheduling of fleet to meet customer daily production requirements.
- Monitoring and follow up recovery plans and communicate to sales and customers
