Client Relationship Manager

**The role**:
As an onboarder, you will play a crucial role in introducing new customers to PayProp and assisting them with the transition process. Your responsibilities will include capturing data from their existing provider using Excel, ensuring their smooth setup on PayProp, and providing training to help them navigate the platform.
As an onboarder, you will be the main point of contact for customers during their initial three-month period. You will guide and support them every step of the way, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. After this period, customers will transition into our general support system for continued assistance.

- We are looking for an office-based Customer Relationship Manager: Onboarding to join our team in Stellenbosch.

- The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with clients by building and preserving trusting relationships.
- Responsible for helping new customers get up and running on PayProp
- Answering incoming support calls
- Proactive Customer Onboarding
- From time to time each member may be required to assist or perform duties not specified above in order to ensure the smooth running of the company
**Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Excel literate.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintain passion and enthusiasm for a customer-centric approach.
- Advantageous: Proficiency in project management. Bonus: PRINCE2 Project Management certification or equivalent.
**Requirements**:
- Must reside in the Western Cape as this is a Stellenbosch office-based position
- Matric/Grade 12 equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience in **specialised** customer service.
- 3-month probation period
