**Port Edward, KZN South Coast. **Opportunity exists for meticulous, competent Financial Coordinator with at least 5 years relevant experience and solid working knowledge of Pastel, Sage VIP and Microsoft Office programmes.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, e-filing, financial records and managerial reports, budgets, statutory requirements, management and control of the finance and internal control functions, recycling management, analysis of municipal accounts in order to achieve optimal management of costs, and sectional title scheme administration.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate - experience in Pastel, Sage VIP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Financial and administrative management skills
- Attention to detail and neatness
- Good understanding of the requirements for profitable business management
- Proven management, organisational and control skills
- Understanding and knowledge of internal controls and the ability to enforce compliance
- Be skilled at establishing systems, processes and procedures for good internal control
- Ability to effectively compile and present managerial information
- Possess good background knowledge regarding Information Technology including troubleshooting of equipment, networks and software
- Willingness to travel and perform shifts outside of normal office hours, including on occasion, at weekends, school holidays and public holiday
- Good language skills, especially regarding written reporting in Afrikaans and English
- Ability to manage audit report points and the introduction / implementation of corrective actions
- Own transport and valid driving licence
