**Job Title: Aftersales & Technical Coordinator**

**Location**: Johannesburg

**Job Type**: Full-time

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for developing and managing dealerships/service station network
- Visiting dealerships/service stations regularly
- Responsible for providing technical support to dealers, including but not limited to providing technical data, solutions, and on-site support
- Responsible for collecting and dealing with the quality problem information feedback from dealers, feedback problems and follow-up until the problem is closed according to the process
- Responsible for collecting and processing claims feedback from dealers, handling quality claims according to procedures, and auditing claims regularly
- Responsible for providing technical training and service training to dealers
- Responsible for the development and promotion of service station standard service process
- Responsible for checking and guiding dealers to improve service level
- Responsible for claims cost analysis, management and quality assurance policy planning
- Assistant in other work arranged by the service manager

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Qualified Motor Technician/Mechanic
- At least 5 year’s experience in the automotive after-sale technology industry
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience and knowledge of after-sales services
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience in the warranty field
- Experience in vehicle troubleshooting is required
- In-depth understanding of vehicle systems, components and diagnostics
- Familiar with OEM procedures, standards and policies

- Excellent communication and cross-cultural teamwork ability
- Must be proactive, highly motivated, and attention to detail
- Must be good with customer service
- Good at diagnostic work
