Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the utilities sector.
- Plan, Direct, Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of Team leaders, QA and Coaches
- Compile weekly business review (WBR) and monthly business review (MBR) packs for senior management.
- Lead and develop coaches and trainers to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA) and compliance standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Understand client needs, products and revenue goals and translate that into operational strategy to meet their needs
- Create a culture of continuous improvement to drive effectiveness and efficiencies
- Spearhead networking initiatives for your team members to improve their overall effectiveness in the business

**Qualifications**
- 3 Years Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the utilities or BPO sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of BPO industry and contact center operations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
