**Key Performance Area**:
Verify and update all customer details onto the system
Review and assess customers affordability and credit worthiness
Offer debit order option with every customers’ call
Capture 30 Orders per hour

Maintain customer services
Ensure a polite, friendly, and professional confirmation service is offered to all customers and external stakeholders
Improve overall customer experience and service delivery statistics

Quality control
Ensure the accurate capturing of customer account details onto the system
Follow company processes accurately to ensure quality of service delivery

Administration and reporting
Ensure the accurate completion of time sheets on a daily basis
Ensure all verification documents are completed and approved within the required timeframes
Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as per business requirements

Provide relief services
Provide relief work in other operational departments in order to meet business requirements and customer needs - when required

**Minimum Requirements**:
Grade 12/matric or equivalent
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
One year experience in office administration and/or a data capturing preferably in a contact centre environment
Clear understanding of an operational contact centre environment
