This role will be responsible for assisting with the Administration and Internal sales for the Mass Retail team.

**Educational**:

- Matric
- Relevant tertiary education an advantage

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration
- Knowledge of electronics industry an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office / MacOs/ iOS

**Responsibilities**:
**Administration**:

- Share shipping/ transport information with partners and internal team
- Prepare and complete reseller product listings both manually and electronically
- Manage attendence rosters of Mass Retail and Enterprise team
- Manage price list sharing process with extreme caution and sensitivity to ensure all resellers and internal./keam receive correct price lists.
- Draw information from various systems and reports to assist with preparation of FME (Field Marketing Exec) monthly and quarterly reports (Morpheus)
- Development and maintenance of relationships with key people in retail customers.
- Prepare, review and analyze Retail Orders vs Allocation vs Invoicing
- Prepare manual orders from Telco Channel into EXCEL and PDF orders for processing
- Assist with tracking orders on RTT system for resellers
- Check all pricing on orders received and ensure these are correct before forwarding to Order Management.

**Communication**:

- Communicate all allocations from Core Planners to BDM and Account Managers
- Communicate all allocations from Core Planners to Order Management Team at warehouse
- Request additional allocations from Planners for retail partners
- Communicate all allocations from Core Planners to retail partners
- Prepare quotes on adhoc and necessary basis for Enterprise partners
- Assist with Product information to Enterprise channel on adhoc basis.
- Co-ordinate and feedback to BUH and BDM on order status, customer concerns and potential internal process concerns.
