**Who Are We?**

Regenize is on a mission to make zero-waste services accessible, attainable and inclusive in South Africa. Regenize offers three solutions focused on achieving its mission:
1) A recycling solution, REACT, a freemium recycling collection service in low-income communities that integrates informal waste collectors to perform recycling collections by providing them with uniforms, fossil-fuel-free recycling tricycles, mobile devices, access to clean recyclables and a decentralised recycling hub.

3) A zero-waste shopping solution, Zero Waste Spaza, that partners with existing local convenience shops to make purchasing staple foods more accessible & attainable without creating packaging through digital dispensers that they install.

**Role summary**:
Regenize is searching for a motivated, personable, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Your primary objective will be to provide comprehensive service to customers, ensuring their success across all our company platforms. You will engage with customers, conduct surveys, analyze data, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Collaboration with other teams will be vital as we continuously improve our service delivery.

**Responsibilities**

2. Create tickets on our CRM platform to address customer queries and tasks, collaborating with different teams to find solutions.

3. Communicate and handle interactions with new signups and cancellations.

4. Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout their journey, following up after their initial collection and one month later.

5. Gather customer feedback through surveys, calls, and interviews.

6. Generate weekly reports summarizing findings, requests, lessons learned, and activities related to signups and cancellations.

7. Brainstorm and implement ideas with the team based on customer insights, requests, and lessons.
