5* Hotel in the KZN Midlands is looking for a Reservationist. The position will be required to manage and maintain the bookings system of the Hotel and ensure that standards are upheld at all times for Reservations and Front Office.
- Manage the accommodation, booking and property management system of the Hotel.
- You will take responsibility and assist for marketing and promoting all accommodations and bookings to maximise sales and will participate in maintaining such systems.
- You will be responsible for bookings, payments and running of such reservations within the portfolio.
- You maintain systems of control, developing and updating standards.
- You are to maintain the Opera system as to bookings, payments, reservations, admin, filing, follow ups, confirmations, Agents, STO contracts yearly
- You will also work closely with Receptionists and maintain their standards to our Guests and for the Department.
- Shifts may be required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years same position in a reputable 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Computer Literacy - Word, Excel
- Opera required.
