**Employer Description**

Lovely 4 star game lodge in KZN.

Maintaining good communication between the company and the general public, as well as other members in the hospitality trade e.g. agents and tour operators - you will predominantly be dealing with British agents and operators.

Check-in and check-out of guests; there are other staff who do assist but the initial preparation is the responsibility of the reservationist.

Maintain the income schedule, invoices and monies coming in from deposits on reservations.

Hosting guests throughout their stay: this is a requirement for all staff who work here at the lodge. Everyone is responsible to make guests feel as welcome and comfortable as possible.

**Qualifications**

Hotel Management diploma.

**Skills**

Highly presentable Calm demeanor when under stress At least 2 years experience in similar role. Semper will be advantageous. Hardworking. Being able to prioritize. Excellent telephone manner. Comfortable living in a rural area. All staff get 7 days off a month.
