**Maintenance Supervisor**
**Location***: KZN Midlands near Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Nature Reserve**
**Basic Salary**:

**The first luxury safari lodge within in the world, renowned by the Big 5 game reserve requires a maintenance supervisor to join their stellar and established family.**
**Requirements**:
**Maintenance Diploma or tertiary qualification in Maintenance**
- **Computer Literate - EXCEL/ Microsoft Office**:
- **English speaking, fluent in written and spoken English**:
- **Zulu (Speak) - certainly a great benefit**:
- **Driver’s License valid PDP essential**:
- **Valid First Aid Certification**:
- **South African Citizen**:
- **Physically fit, sober habits and in good health.**

**Work Experience**:
**Previous work experience of at least 2 years in maintenance junior management roles.**
- **Systematic and strong with protocols**:
- **Used to a reporting system and presenting month end reports to Management.**:
- **An understanding of budget control and financial management and planning for the**
**maintenance department.**
- **Some understanding of staff management and staff disciplinary process**:
- **Eye for detail and good all-rounder in all aspects of maintenance**:
- **Experience and ability to train maintenance staff.**
**Leave: Typically, 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off (may be adjusted during low occupancy)**
