Our client, a homegrown South African fintech company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg.

**Requirements;**
- 2-5 Years of experience as a Sales Consultant/Customer Success Consultant, Marketing consultant
- Fintech experience is preferabl
- Strong business acumen skill
- Experience with the Payment product
- Ability to interact with Merchant
- Retail and/or hospitality experience is preferable
- Knowledge and familiarity of the surrounding areas retail/business offerings
- Ability to work remotely

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Effective time management skills
- Keeps abreast of industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
